Whether you ohmmm-ed to hard in yoga class or have killer cramps, this oversized body wrap feels amazing hot or cold. Secure it around your waist (or anywhere, really)using the stretchy strap to gently soothe muscle pain, cramps and tension.
Hot: Microwave on high for 10-30 seconds from room temperature. Touch test or wrap in cloth to avoid burns.
Cold: Store in freezer or fridge for at least two hours prior to use.
